Literature Text

Look deeper.
Not at my shell,
My skin and flesh,
That moves and breathes

Look deeper.
Tell me what you see,
Is it me that you’re seeing?
Or just breasts and thighs?

Look deeper
Deeper than you could ever imagine
And see inside me
My thoughts
My heart
My soul…

If you look deeper
You\'ll see me starting to decay
It’s because of people like YOU
That have made me eat away at myself,
Wanting to cut my skin
Sear my flesh

Shallow, shallow
Selfish, spiteful

Cruel
Ok......... um....

Very blunt.

:( (Sad)

The poem actually worked very well on it's own(not that I'm opposed to boobs, they deserve their own holiday in my opinion!). But yeah, the poem was very well-written and thought-provoking. There does seem to be a running them in your art, the paintings and photography of seeing the physical and challenging viewers to look past that. You convey a lot of emotion through your art, and your talent really shows in that regard. By comparison, I'm just a typical guy. Rarely does my art go deeper than boobs and guns.
